The Village School is excited to invite prospective parents to our annual open house. Learn more about our international community, our new collaborations with The Juilliard School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and our established STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) based curriculum. You don't want to miss this! For your convenience, we’ve provided two dates divided by age group.

Early Childhood and Elementary (PreK 2 – 4th grade)
• November 2, 2016 from 6:00-8:00pm
Middle School and High School (5th-12th grade)
• November 3, 2016 from 6:00-8:00pm

Village’s High School Dean of Students writes heartwarming children’s book

Jennifer Thomas, Village High School's Dean of Students, recently wrote a children’s book focused on the difficulty siblings face when one goes off to college. Her book, See You in Tomorrow, is based on her son’s real-life experience when his older brother left for school.

The Village School Hosts French and Vietnamese Consulate Representatives

In an effort to cultivate strong relationships with foreign countries represented in our diverse and international community, The Village School recently launched a program called Consular Connections. As part of this new program, we hosted several representatives from both the French Embassy and General Consulate, as well as the Vietnamese General Consulate in Houston.

Adeline Mai, Village sophomore, and her dance company were recently named finalists in the 2021 Young American Grand Prix Finals. YAGP is the world’s largest ballet competition with over 12,000 auditions in more than 25 cities around the globe.
