Homework

In grades 1st through 5th, homework is assigned everyday except Friday. Middle school students may have homework assigned on Friday. Because different activities are planned for Friday, we cannot make a special effort to help a child with his/her homework on Friday. From Monday to Thursday the day care teacher will supervise and help a child with homework as much as she is able. It is a parent’s responsibility to check the homework at home to make sure that child’s homework it complete. If a child has completed his/her homework or has not been assigned homework for that day, the child must sign the homework form indicating this or the time homework was completed.
