The sea turtle swims around the place,

Swimming slowly in gentle grace.

As he begins to grow and grow,

The sharks stalk him through and fro.

 

They come from behind and SNAP.

But now they’re caught in a trap.

The sea turtle hides inside his shell.

He takes in a breath and out comes a yell!

 

He called his friend, a giant squid,

Who came out fast, sprayed ink, and hid.

He felt the teeth come off his shell,

And now there’s nothing more to tell.
