The Truth About Forever,

My forever,

Filled with shooting stars,

And campfires,

And wishing wells

 

Hugs and kisses,

X’s and O’s,

A world with no pollution,

Make a wish on

11:11 P.M.

 

Thoughts that are as changeable as

Dandelion seeds in the wind,

Pick up a pencil

And sketch out your life,

Erasers are not allowed

 

Road trips leading

To the end of my journey,

Memories of friends,

Laughing at inside jokes,

Locking up secrets

 

Gaze at the sunset

At the shore,

Or kiss under the moonlight,

Your life is your own,

Set the foundation down on paper,

Remember what it took to get you here

 

Play the soundtrack to your life

And choose your own songs,

Paint the rainbow with

Smiles, and chase away the

Dark with late night parties

 

Rain shine and polka stripes,

Lives can be crazy,

And mine is one big maze,

So reach for the stars, because even if you
